About Julie

Exercise because you have cancer!

You are in a fight.
Train for it.
In this fight you will need endurance, you will need focus,
you will need to be strong and stay strong.

Cancer survivors face many challenges. From my

importance of exercise before, during, and after cancer treatments.
I understand both the difficulties and the tremendous
benefits of exercise during all phases of cancer treatment.
Whatever your fitness level, I can help you
get in better shape to prepare for surgery,
feel better and stay fit throughout chemotherapy and radiation,
or regain your strength after treatment is finished.
